Re: Projections as of Nov 2
Even though I've been too busy to contribute to the board this season, I've always kept my eye on projections. Thanks as always 74. Hope you're doing well my friend. One question on Hillcrest. Is there any not-too-big of an upset that could push them up to at least a 4 seed? I'd also settle for "any...

Re: SNOWING IN THE UPSTATE
Only high school game I can remember seeing snow was back in in the good ole days of the Weekend of Champions when there was 1 game on Friday and 4 on Saturday. The first game was 1A and started at 11 a.m. It was barely snowing one year as I watched the first half of Ninety Six and Lamar. Only other...

Re: Bracket Pickem
As for my picks, yes I am a Hillcrest grad who's picking arch-rival Mauldin to end the Rams' best season in school history on their own field, no less.
Sorry, I guess I'm more honest than loyal. Hope they prove me more stupid than loyal.![Wink ;)](./images/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif)

Re: Easley's Playoff Chances and Seeding
Yeah, "atmosphere" has never been a strong selling point with Mann either.
Greenville County has built plenty of new schools over the last few years, but every high school one of them still play football in the same dumps they did at their old school.

Re: Easley's Playoff Chances and Seeding
EHS, this is a new rule based on JL Mann now having the longest losing streak in the state (in 4A at least). :D DeCav, everything you said is true, but you'll be hanging around a while waiting for the Patriots to turn the corner. Not trying to disparage anyone, as I feel bad for them, but if you eve...

If you don't beat JL Mann, you should be banned from the playoffs for about 5 years.EHSMeanGreen wrote:Easley's Playoff Chances and Seeding

Re: PLAYOFF BRACKET - PROJECTION 10/19
IF they can survive the rest of the journey through Region 2 (Byrnes, at Spartanburg, at Boiling Springs) unscathed injury-wise, Mauldin is going to give someone - or two or three - all they can handle come playoff time. While my alma mater Hillcrest is having an amazing season and is very likely go...

Don't know if work will allow Ninja. If not this Friday, hopefully in the playoffs. ![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif)

Re: Gaffney vs Mauldin
Mauldin QB Dre Massey is a stud. They've also got a big back who's difficult to bring down and pretty decent receivers.
I believe what Dorman did last week at the half was switch to man defense, and began shadowing Massey. Mauldin put up 34 in the first half, but was shut out in the second.
