One question about the SC playoff system. It may or may not concern the points system, which I'm slowly coming to understand. But If they are sixteen teams seeded 1-16. The #1 seed on one side(lower state?) and #2 on the other side(upper state?).......how come the rest of the seeding's in each brack...
