I need to re-evaluate my "sources". Smith is a good hire. Has some really good guys on staff that are staying and should bring a few quality guys in with him. Good luck to Laurens

Mooney and an asst on staff are the only 2 that 2nd interviews.

My source in Laurens said there was a 6 person committee. Two names were given to the Super. and he led the 2nd interview.

Agree, No Fly, I don't know who applied or even interviewed there, but there had to be some "established" coach's with experience. Have to start somewhere, yes, but not a school like this. Start smaller and work your way up. May be an unpopular opinion, just my thoughts. I'm sure people will disagree.

Never heard of the guy until today. But surely there were better people that interviewed there.
