HARTSVILLE — Defending 3A state champion Hartsville took charge from the opening tip and cruised to a 96-46 victory over Hilton Head Island Friday....<snip>
Hartsville’s starters spent most of the second half on the bench after the Red Foxes led 52-18 at halftime. The Red Foxes steadily pulled away from the overmatched Seahawks through the final two quarters.
