Dorman fighting the SCHSL to play for national championship

Dorman is ranked as high as 4th in the nation in national polls and will likely receive an invitation to play in the Geico National Championship Tournament in April. The problem is the SCHSL claims the tournament falls in a dead period for SC basketball and has ruled Dorman cannot participate. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity that is being denied thesr kids due to some silly rule.Dorman has appealed the decision and is trying to make a compromise by giving up practice time next season for the sake of this team. I genuinely hope the SCHSL comes to its senses and reallizes that the best thing for these kids, Dorman High School, and SC athletics is ro let them play!
