Who benefits from the extra week
Ok with the season being pushed back a week what teams really and truly benefit from a week of no games the most a lower seeded team or a higher seeded team

Really I think it depends on the coaching staff and current condition your team is in. For a team that banged up Id say they benefits more because they can get healthy. But the worst thing a #1 or #2 seed can do is relax and get ready for a cup cake game.
I remember when Rock Hill was undefeated back in 09 then lost in the first round to a 6-4 Spartanburg team. Rock Hill was obviously had the better record but Sparty was much more prepared than they were.

I believe it helps teams with injuries mainly.
