I gotcha and please don't think i am downgrading the kids or the team it just is a shocker that Greenwood is not where they usually are. I am not trying to be a jerk about anything just curious is all

Greenwood, SC definitely doesn't lack talent. They're all over, lots of them just particularly don't like the coach. They are playing on alternative school teams like the Raptors or going to Emerald. Unfortunately Emerald's coach is worse, but that Raptors team in undefeated.

Some are saying that it's this generation of kids, but I call bs on that. What about the schools that are still at the top? Their kids come from the same generation. You have to be able to connect to them.

PLAYERS NOT LIKING COACH IS A PROBLEM...INSTEAD OF COMPLAINING...GO TALK TO COACH AND ASK IF YOU CAN HELP.
PARENTS AND FANS NOT LIKING COACH IS WORSE...IT RUBS OFF ON THE KIDS...I HAVE SEEN IT HAPPEN.

We've done all of that, I definitely have; and much of the community has. In the end a coaches ego determines if they make changes. Sometimes we need help and it doesn't hurt to listen to other ideas. Cathcart called a meeting at one of his schools to get ideas from everyone. It worked. That program turned around. So no need for the rude all caps post.

Alright Newcat. I'll remember that from here on out. I'm used to Slick using all caps. My bad for reading into your computer lingo. I thought you were shouting. In the end I know it's just football. But we want to be successful. To us that's winning at least region titles preferably back to competing for state titles.
