Question About Maxpreps.com Info

Post by 5thqtr »

Does anyone know if Maxpreps depends on the school(AD, HC, other) to update their info on their site? If not, how is it gathered? Local media types?
Curious b/c they still have Coach Herron as the HC of South Pointe currently!

What about game scores?

Thanks ahead of time; if anybody knows!

The school's AD is usually the one who has control. They have administrative accounts where they update the schedules, rosters, coaching staff, etc. The AD can also delegate admin accounts to coaches and other team staff and they can also update the information. Maxpreps does allow the public to submit corrections though. If you click on a team's roster page, scroll towards the bottom and you should see something that says "If you have any corrections for the South Pointe Football roster please submit it here." That will take you to a form where you can send in the new coach's name.
