This game is Tomorrow night. I am so excited!!!! I hope to see a BIG CROWD at this game. I heard that Wayne County usually fills up their stands. I know last year Wayne County brought a Huge Crowd and a huge band to Beaufort. I am really looking forward to my first trip to Jesup Georgia. I am so ready to see some Football as Beaufort has not played since August 23rd.
Ok as for my thoughts and prediction on this game. In order for Beaufort to win this game they will have to not turn the ball over. In their only game so far this season the Eagles killed themselves with turnovers. It would have been a really close game against AC Flora if Beaufort didn't turn the ball over. The Eagles need to put that loss behind them and play better in the rest of their season. AC Flora is looking like a really good team so far this season as they are 3-0.
Beaufort's Offense will have to get their running game going. The Eagles have one of the best RB'S in the State in James Dagin. Dagin scored 2 TD'S in Beaufort's first game. So they have to get the ball in his hands. Beaufort QB Tyler Haley will have to have a good game throwing the football also if the Eagles were to win this game. The Eagles OL will have to block better to give Haley time to throw the football and open up lanes for Dagin to run thru.
The Eagles Defense will have to play better against the pass and stop the Run. I watched Highlights of Wayne County and in their game against Long County the Yellow Jackets mainly ran the ball. So hopefully Beaufort's "D" can stop the Wayne County Rushing attack. Wayne County's QB also loves to run the Football. So Beaufort will have to key on the Yellow Jackets QB and not let him break off a big run. Wayne County only threw the ball for 25 yards last week. But the Eagles DB'S better be ready because the Yellow Jackets QB can beat you with a long throw too.
Wayne County did win their first game over Long County 42-0. But technically Long County hasn't been a very good team in their history. From Statistics that I have seen since 2004 Long County has never had a winning season. So I look for Beaufort to have a better game this year against Wayne County. Like I said earlier Wayne County lost 30 seniors from last years team and that is a lot. The Yellow Jackets especially lost a lot on the defensive side of the ball.
If Beaufort can cut out the turnovers I will say that the Eagles will win this game. If they turn the ball over Wayne County will win this game. I think it will be a good close game to watch.

. Beaufort's last 2 games were postponed. The Game with Battery Creek was postponed because of the threat of Violence and then the game with Effingham County Georgia was postponed because of Hurricane Dorian. So it has been awhile since My Eagles Football Team has seen the Field.
