Well the truth is the truth Knotts and Indy did dodge Byrnes let him come out and dispute it just like right now if DF and Byrnes had an open date he wouldn't even think about scheduling them he would go schedule some scrub team around the midlands or the low country

Knotts did dodge Byrnes back in the day for sure, now he did play us in the boarder showcase back in 05 while the streak was still alive & they were ranked #1 or #2 in the nation. Byrnes spanked that butt real good for him that night, of course that 05 team wouldve spanked any team they played that year. 05 still the best overall team Ive ever seen at the high school level.

Guys, I am in total agreeance with both of y'all. I been going back and forth with him for 15 years on that subject.
There were some scrimmages played between the two, 3 I do believe.
