Great post Penguin. Thanks for your input on this game. I hope that you are wrong on your prediction though.Penguin wrote:Update on the weather forecast: Low near 50 with a 70% chance of rain and the wind will be blowing 15 MPH out of the north.
This forecast should benefit Beaufort's running game and slow down the speed advantage of the Foxes. This kind of weather can be used to one's advantage, or allow teenagers to get down on themselves. This also should negate the home field advantage by reducing the crowd size.
Neither team has had to play on a cold, wet, windy, day. I don't like the Eagles not having to play last week, and like even less that they have won 4 in a row. It is hard to get the attention of kids when they are winning. I see coaching as being the biggest difference in this game, and give Hartsville head coach Jeff Calabrese a huge advantage.
It is still Wednesday, but my pick right now is: ( subject to change)
Hartsville-28
Beaufort-24

GO BEAUFORT EAGLES BEAT THOSE HARTSVILLE RED FOXES!!!!
