I went last night to a game and will be there today if they play. Goose Creek postponed last night's game stating the field conditions were too poor. They are going to be worse today leading me to believe they will postpone again. Summerville's chances are better in these conditions IMO. If they are going to postpone it, they have to do it soon. The difference in the crowd in playing in the elements on a Friday vs playing at another time are negligible. Friday night is for high school football. Only those that would have been there in the rain would be there on a Thursday, Saturday, or Monday. Maybe GCs field is just hideous. Dont know. But I often laugh at the way folks are these days rescheduling games at the first site of a cloud in the sky. Plenty played in the wet and cold last night.
