The more you realize that there are a LOT of AD's and Administrators that care ZERO about the quality of their program or the kids for that matter. They are focused on themselves and how they look. Our state is in a crisis right now. Our kids need athletics and good coaches who truly care for them and their well being. Unfortunately this is being stunted and stagnated by AD's who are clueless and/or stupid and administrators that do not wish to be bothered!
It is a shame that folks in power who make decisions that affect children are more worried about themselves and how they look then what it will do to benefit the children.
I will now step away from that soap box, drop my mike, and slide back into my warm little cubbie!

With the way the times are how do we reach the kids that are being affected by this and keep them interested in sports and keep them from turning to the streets cause you know they see this happening to and wonder why even bother any more and its not just in school sports its all over from the little leagues all the way up
