YOU FAVOR THE SCHSL RESPONSES
If you will plainly read in my response, I'm NOT a fan of how the SCHSL rules on certain things.

My point of contention isn't so much with the SCHSL but THE MEMBERS SCHOOLS, that agree to pass certain rules and when those rules go against them; they then sue the SCHSL to keep from getting punished. Therefore in turn why are member schools (and it's fan base) surprised with the SCHSL is tentative to make any ruling.

They sure as hades do a better job than if the failed attempt by the General Assembly to take over had happened.

If you would use the King's English and speak coherently, someone might be able to reply succinctly.

To surmise from your usual cryptoquote responses, if you're asking 'who is in charge?', then the answer is the member schools since they created and legislate the SCHSL.

Again as I have said on numerous times; the members schools are to blame for the lack of direction from the SCHSL. The reason is the member schools tell the SCHSL 1 thing; and when THAT 1 thing comes back to bite that member school on the arse, they sue the SCHSL to do something different.

Surely a fan of your stature is privy to the numerous examples of this happening.

And also from your assumptions; no I don't work at the League Office.
