Congrats to Hillcrest they’ve been improving ever since we came up and embarrassed them and I wouldn’t have bet after that game that they’d be region champs.

Yea I would want to forget that scrimmage as well if I got smoked. Bet if it was the opposite way you would be crowing though. Just for good measure we beat the Hillcrest jv two weeks ago 44-0 . Guess that doesn’t count either.
Hey but thanks for beating Hanna and proving what I’ve been saying for two years now. Unless your name is Dutch Fork , Daniel is better than you. In other words the second best team in the state.

Second best team in SC tied with Greasley at the half?....no sir. Not Gaffney, Not Fort D., Not NW...etc. LOL

My son's senior year AJ Green and Summerville beat DF in a scrimmage 56-14 or 56-7...it was awful. Second round of the playoffs DF beat Summerville by a couple of TDs(of course I was in Iraq and didn't get to see that- typical, ha)....This year the DF-Spartanburg scrimmage was "competitive"..during the game it was 42-0 halfway through the 3rd before Knotts called off the dogs. A scrimmage means nothing- its practice to evaluate talent and work on plays/schemes. Never see scrimmage records on a coaches' CV. Just sayin'...

Now beating Hanna in the playoffs...that may be a different story.

If your just going off history well hell Byrnes is a National program like they were a decade ago. Except their not.
