Dillon cancels recreation football

Dillon County council voted to cancel little league football. Dillon is suppose to be a football town, this decision is unacceptable. What happened to Dillon's Hall of Fame coach Jackie Hayes slogan "Putting Kids First."

Hmm. Now they just need tk market the idea. I’d write a polician. See if you can get one to put their name on a fundraiser or cause for the profile of the youth sports.

It’s great to keep it alive. But it shouldn’t be on life support. Some government money might stimulate participation.

Someone with enough creativity could blow up how attractive youth sports is to the community.
