Obviously the lack of surveys, pop-up and animated sidebar ads makes a difference, but we think having actual users managing the board is key. We like to talk about HS football with other fans of the game, it's not a job for any of us. On PFT you'll never see an admin/moderator unless someone hits the "Report" button, or the SHJ staff wants to pimp their blog or book on the forum.

How is it possible they haven't noticed and done something about that server error? It's been happening for months!

Hey SF Band dad. I am so glad that y'all don't have surveys on here. It is so annoying at PFT with the surveys and also the server errors. Hopefully they will get that fixed. Like you said it has been happening awhile now.
