Darlington vs. Cheraw

Gerald "Doodles" Doolittle has Darlington as 8 point favorites. Do y'all agree?

Even though Cheraw has a Senior RB (who's also an All-State WR) that can score at will, Darlington has a Dual Threat QB AND a good pocket passer, along with a multitude of 6 foot plus WRs that are track stars and I think at least one is a High Jumper. Cheraw's DB core however, 5'3", 5'9", 5'7", 5'10", and a lanky 6'3" Free Safety.

Darlington stuck with a decent Lugoff-Elgin squad 32-14 last week whereas Cheraw let 1A Hannah-Pamplico put up 44 points, over 400 yards rushing, & 30 missed tackles.


If Darlington wins, it'll be their first win since 2019.
If Cheraw wins, it'll be their first win of the season.

Cheraw wins but doesn’t mean much. Darlington was the worst team in the in 4A last year and they are a jv team in fountain inn away from being the worst in 3a this year.
