FLORENCE, S.C. — David Vereen said he was a little nervous before his first playoff game. His play, though, suggested otherwise. The sophomore receiver hauled in 10 catches for 160 yards and three touchdowns as South Florence defeated Easley 48-14 on Friday in the first round of the Class 4A Division II playoffs.
