Surprised that you/Berkeley would turn down someone who’s won more (8) state championships than Tom Knotts in SC. Not everyone is a fan of the bone (if that is what he runs) but it is difficult to prep for when nobody else runs it weekly. White Knoll was reasonably successful with it in early 2000’s. Obviously you run the offense/defense that best fits your personal.

You would think it's obvious, but I have seen a lot of teams running a spread that didn't have the personnel for it.

And that’s why so many fail. You can’t repair a engine without the proper tools and parts.
