Lucky could be worse..Their offense can’t do anything it’s there defense that’s winning..smh

I also want to NOT take away anything from Mann, someone better write Scoot Watson a check. They are very well coached football team. They were also probably the biggest team we played all season. Their lines were huge.

Once Burke threw the 3rd int, I almost knew. He was a deer in headlights after that. He truly almost threw 5. I hate it for that kid, he really played his heart out.

0-6 in games with the ball in the last 5 min in games with a chance to tie or win. That's tough.

Spartanburgs offense made one play, Manns defense made two.
Manns special teams made two plays... A great 23yard fake punt and the ensuing FG.
Spartanburg missed a FG.

I cannot say enough good things about the defense. They dominated Mann, I can't even complain about the 3 dropped/missed INTs considering they only gave up practically nothing.

If you can't get close to averaging 28 a game, one TD a quarter, your season more than likely will end too soon.

I'm not sure what the commitment to runs up the middle was last night. Especially in 2nd half, it didn't come close to working, the entire scheme almost seemed like a different play caller. But it is what it is..

Heartbreaking...

So Greenville County.. I hereby call you out.
You wanted to run with Region 2, you made some rule changes to free up some kids to move around, you played solid football all season, welp... It's on you. Go win some more games.

Lord knows those fans at JL Mann and those players deserve everything they get.
I cannot express enough the support and teamwork they showed. Idk how many seniors they have and all that, but for a team that literally went from 45 points a game and 450 yards to 3 offensive points, 4? First downs(one which was the fake punt) and never really looked like they weren't going to win. There's some money over that way, I just hope the community stands behind those kids & coaches even if they come up short down the road.

Now...
We are gonna lose some very good seniors and have very good players coming up. Typical turnover, Gonna need a new OC, gonna have to find some points. Enjoy the break.. such an odd season. THANK YOU to the players & coaches for giving us your Friday Nights, it doesn't go unappreciated on me. Thank you.
