An ugly win is always better than a great loss. We turned the ball over 5 times, not including our punter wiffing on a punt. Stratford is huge on defense, but we got to find a way to score touchdowns in the red zone. Field goals won't cut it for teams like Dutch Fork and South Florence. But we are so glad to have Ky'Jon Tyler on our team. Defense played very well, overcame a little home cooking Stratford was getting, and needed a game like this to get their confidence up. The starting defensive line are all sophomores and really stepped up their game. Raymond Jennings is going to be a stud. Hopefully we continue the effort into Lakewood next week.
