BEAUFORT 34 BATTERY CREEK 7 FINAL 9/20/2024

Beaufort beat City Rival Battery Creek 34-7 this past Friday Night. This was The Eagles 1st win of the season. Beaufort dominated for much of this game. But I thought that Battery Creek played tough. I am hoping to see The Dolphins become a really good team in future years. They have some athletes on that team. Good luck to the Dolphins for the rest of their season.

I thought that Beaufort Back-Up QB Caleb Stephan did a wonderful job as the starting QB in this game. Stephan is usually one of Beaufort's starting Receivers. He had a couple of nice touchdown passes in this game. I thought Stephan did a wonderful job leading the whole Offense in this game. Beaufort RB Elias Johnson had a good night running the football. I was also impressed with Beaufort WR Qualeek Isnar who is only a sophomore. Isnar had a couple of TD'S in this game. I thought that Beaufort's Defense did a great job in this game as well. Hopefully, they will keep it up in the upcoming Region Games.

It was great seeing a Big Crowd at this game! I saw some High School Buddy's that I graduated with and went to school with, who I haven't seen in years. That is the great thing about the Beaufort-BC Game, you usually see people that you haven't seen in years. I hope that they keep this game on the schedule for many more years.

I also wanted to say, Thanks to WHHI TV for interviewing me again for being Beaufort's Biggest Supporter and Fan. This was My 630th Beaufort Football Game attended.

I am so happy that Beaufort won their first game of the season after starting out 0-4. But I truly believe that Beaufort is a whole lot better than their 1-4 record shows. Beaufort has been without their starting QB and starting WR for most of the season so far. I am hoping that they will be able to return in 2 weeks when Beaufort opens up their Region Season. Beaufort has a BYE this coming week. I still think My Eagles will make some noise in Region 6 4A and the 4A Playoffs.
