BLUFFTON 42 BEAUFORT 35 FINAL 10/4/2024

Bluffton beat Beaufort this past Friday night 42-35 in a key Region 6 4A Game. Congrats to the Bobcats on the win! Even though there were at least 50 penalties (It seemed like that much) called in this game, it was an exciting game to watch. Like I said in my thoughts on this game, I said it was going to be a good close game and it sure was. There were over 900 yards of total offense between both teams in this game. If you're a fan of a lot of Offense, then this was your game.

Beaufort had plenty of chances to win this game, but the 2 turnovers, and Beaufort's Defense could not stop the passing attack of Bluffton. Both teams moved the ball all night on Offense with Beaufort having over 500 yards of total offense in this game and Bluffton having almost 400. Both teams had a ton of penalties called against them.

In order for Beaufort to win any more games this season, The Eagles will have to cut out the Turnovers, Penalties, and the Defense will have to do a better job at stopping the pass. I still believe that Beaufort has a good team this season but they have to do a much better job in those things that I just mentioned.

Beaufort drops to 1-5 on the season and 0-1 in Region 6 4A. This season has been so frustrating so far, but Beaufort still has a chance to turn this season around. I hope to see My Eagles Football Team win their last 4 games of the season.Next up is a trip to Colleton County next Friday Night. I am really looking forward to that game as I only live about 3 miles from Colleton County's Stadium.

Newcat, I was hoping to see you at the game. Are you still doing the chains at Bluffton?

I hope that Beaufort's Coaches really work on its passing defense this week. I hope that My Eagles have a great week of practice and get the win next Friday Night over Colleton County.

I am glad to hear that you're still pulling the chains for Bluffton, Newcat. You made the right decision taking care of your Wife. I would have done the same thing. Hopefully, I will get to see you soon at a game. That would be awesome if Beaufort played against Bluffton again in the playoffs. That would be another epic game.
