Foxes head to Lexington for a region match up on Friday. Chapin is the only common opponent with both teams beating Chapin. Lexington won in the final minute of the game and DF was up on Chapin 56-7 at halftime… so there is that. I do believe this will be the best defense Lexington will see this season and the most balanced offense as well … and the most overall team speed… not putting down the two teams that beat Lexington- Greenwood and Irmo. Just my opinion from watching a good bit of film. Always a good matchup with excitement. Have to wait and see what happens…

It will be a running clock by the 3rd quarter if not sooner, TK has the Silver Foxes humming right along, they're light years better than anyone in the state.

Massey predicts 41-6 DF, and the long awaited Doodle favors DF by about 30 I believe. Works for me. The defense has been playing lights out. Only giving up 17 points in 6 games, opponents averaging 175 yards a game total offense, 59 rushing ( about 2 yards per rush) and 116 passing...DF defense has 5 INTs, 2 of those were pick six.

I have to say I think DF has another special QB in Ethan Offing. Have watched him as a little guy as a ball boy on the side line at DF games- he could sling it back then. He is completing almost 70% of his passes in 6 games. 93-134 for 1277 yards, 11 TDs and 2 INTs. I don't know what that equates to in a QB rating but I would say it's pretty good. DF has some excellent ball carriers in Anderson, Shine and KJ Smith, but Offing can run the ball too when needed- 34 attempts for 155 yards and 3 TDs. Looking forward to watching him play the next two years.

DF needs to give Lexington a good thrashing this week.

Looks like the DF JV beat Lexington JV 49-6 tonight. Hope the DF varsity can follow their lead tomorrow night.

Early 2nd quarter DF up 21-0. Starting RB Maurice Anderson taking a break tonight it seems backup Isaac Shine starting.

28-0 third quarter DF up. Offense is stinking up the place. And a bunch of penalties. TK is going to coach them up this two week break coming up. Have to see how this goes. Lexington playing tough.
