Ok back to Football City USA! Hopefully Greenwood has a much better showing this year than the past couple years. Just show up and play hard. Play Greenwood football. Definitely want to avoid getting running clock for the third year in a row. Like most have said, Liner has it going in the right direction.

To the NW folks, Y'all talk a little bit of trash on here but definitely back it up on the field. So much respect to Northwestern! Northwestern teams are definitely one of the most consistent winners since I've been around.

Greenwood needs to play team ball and limit NWs possessions in order to be in the game in my opinion. We'll see! I'm definitely happy that Greenwood is playing around Thanksgiving again.

Congrats NW. Definitely one of the model programs in the state when it comes to winning consistently like most have said on here. I thought we did a little bit better this time. Didn't get running clock but Northwestern took their foot off the gas in the second half.

Only thing I'm disappointed in is that we had an opportunity to make a few plays and we either threw a high pass..... dropped a pass.... Caught the ball then fumbled it..... Fumble it from running the ball.... And had issues with snaps for some reason. These are things I haven't seen from Greenwood this year so I don't know maybe they were nervous or something. Even if we made those plays we still would have lost but maybe we would have kept it a little bit closer. 9-3 Still better than 5-7... 6-6 If there is some sort of bright side. Mostly have juniors on the team so hopefully they'll work harder in the off-season so they'll be ready for a game like this next year. All in all I'm proud of Greenwood for having a much improved season.

Much improved for sure. Compared to the last 2 years the team had more fight and even after getting down quick they continued to compete. Certainly some talent to boiled on as well. Very good season.
