2025 SCHSL High School Football Coaching Vacancies/Openings?

Longtime Whale Branch High School Head Football Coach Jerry Hatcher retired today. He was the Head Coach for Whale Branch for 13 seasons. Prior to that, Hatcher was the Defensive Coordinator at Beaufort High School. I thought that Coach Hatcher did a wonderful job at Whale Branch. I am not sure if he is done with coaching but I wish him the best of luck in his Retirement. I hope that Whale Branch will be able to hire another good Coach to lead that program. It is a very attractive job as Whale Branch seems to always have some good athletes, has some of the nicest facilities in the State, and it is located in one of the most Beautiful places in the State(Beaufort area).

Good question. I just searched around, and found no mention of this opening in the news or on social media.

Brookland-Cayce has hired Louis Clyburn as their new Head Football Coach.

Clyburn was the OC & Assistant HC at Camden for the past 8 seasons.

Add Chesterfield to the list, saw Matt Quinn is now the Head Coach at Saint Andrews University which is an NAIA school in NC.

I saw somewhere that Allendale-Fairfax had hired Travis Lewis, the DC from Mauldin for there Head Coach. Of Course I saw it and now I can't find it again, can anyone confirm or deny?
