Sleeper Players that could impact the Playoffs

Post by mrfootball4life »

I was wondering which guys that aren't necessarily big names that could make a huge impact in the playoffs? Guys that you think may use this post season as their coming out party!

Your entire Offensive Line is a weapon.....MY GOODNESS!!!!

I've only watched Summerville for one half....saw the 2nd half of the Ashley Ridge game online.
Your team played with a purpose in the 2nd half....
It made me wonder how in the world you were behind at halftime? :?

   I agree Wave80 but that's the obvious answer for us Summerville fans. It would be something if we came out blazing tho, throwing and running the ball all over the field! If that's the case we could see a lot of break out performers! If we are talking Summerville players, I think #5 Kuwaun Cox on Defense, and I think #7 Cocolli and #13 Burnette on offense. Cox is an unbelievable talent that I don't think gets enough respect around the state. Cocolli has emerged as a weapon running the wildcat and is as tough as nails. Burnette has shown that if we actually throw the football that he will put up big #'s and he's only a sophomore so people around the state probably don't know him yet. Other lowcountry kids that I think will surprise people is QB Duncan and WR Santiago from Ashley Ridge and DL Myles White From Fort Dorchester. White at Fort D will open some eyes tonight!!!

If Gaffney is to make a run....I would say #4 Jaylen Sims from Gaffney....

1. NW's receivers. If we cannot run and Hart has to throw the ball, he is not accurate enough to always hit the open receivers...like we have been used to seeing Rudolph and Worley do. They just have to catch the ones that keep hitting them in their hands.

2. NW's corner backs. Maybe it is the defensive scheme they are being asked to play?? They have a tendency to play really soft on the outside. Gaffney took what they were given....add in a number of missed tackles, and the result spoke for itself.

3. #4 Jaylen Sims...Gaffney. If he keeps his focus, like last week, and improvises, like last week, Gaffney's offense was more than sufficient to either win or keep them in the game. Agree with Mikey.

4. Dorman's receivers. Quit dropping the ball!!

5. Byrnes' offensive line. Quit holding.
