To clarify, IF, and I mean IF, Nation Ford were to upset Stratford, then some people might question just how good SF or GC really are......simply using comparative scores against common opponents as the only basis for making an opinion. I never said that Nation Ford would win, nor that I thought they would win.trojangrad78 wrote:A Nation Ford victory in that game would make many people question the South Florence and Goose Creek teams. Nation Ford is just not that strong.bruindad79 wrote:From a very reliable source in the Columbia area, he says keep a good eye on the NF /Stratford game, he's calling a major upset in that one

My pickem bracket is posted for all to see and it shows Stratford over Nation Ford

As for my opinion of SF and GC, I have not seen SF play, so "no comment" on them. As for GC, I think they are riding a 28 game winning streak, or something close to that. I don't think NW or Greenwood would have beaten them last year. In 2011, NW was totally rebuilding and in 2010, it took a supreme effort to defeat GC.
As for D2, I think it would be considered an upset for either NW or GC to lose before the game in Columbia. That being said, I think I will stick with just being concerned about defeating West Florence this weekend.
