I accept this award on behalf of my 18 month old granddaughter who made the picks for me on a weekly basis. The weeks that I won, she had taken a nap on the day she picked the games. I learned the secret after the first win and tried to catch her after a nap going forward....

Actually, we all know that picking High School football games is not an easy task as so many things can, and do go wrong from time to time. Look at Gaffney for example; how can they lose to Northwestern and then finish the season with three straight wins by over 20 points? I think if I had to put any team down in the semi-final game right now, it would be the Indians; but as Lee Corso always says "NOT SO FAST"... remember last year when Northwestern was the team to beat and they lost in round one {of all teams, it was to Gaffney}. It could be all chalk in the bracket and we could have 3 or 4 "underdog" seeds winning Friday night. Who knows! I think that is one of the reasons we all have so much fun watching high school football here in South Carolina.
