Both will come down to breaks of the game. Figure they split those games.
Gaffney has been underachieving the last few years. What makes you think this is the year they put it all together?
I see a win over Greenwood.
Not sure about Mallard Creek but they are ranked top 25 in the country. Is that just a hollow ranking?
Byrnes is going to be a tough out. Gaffney loss.
Doesn't Dorman have a new QB and lost a lot of linemen? Gaffney win.
My money is on 2-2

The game i'm looking forward to this year is quite a few, and i even have a couple of out of state games i'm going to see.
1. Glynn Academy at Fort, Glynn was very very fast last year, also very young. they are a good team. so im trying to see what we have this year, because glynn return a few good guys

2. Fort at Viera (FL). We were fortunate to win this game. the defense played pretty well despite being on the field a long time due to very very very vanilla playcalling. we found a way to score to go ahead, thanks to the defense, and we held on to win. Viera has a qb just like Johnny manziel, very very quick and elusive. I think they did lose a ton of skill players, and i have no idea what they return, but they are very good,

lastly

Edna Karr vs Landry-Walker- ive heard about Karr alot, well mostly their band, but their team is legit from what ive seen online. this rivarly is the battle of Algiers down in New Orleans. so i'm actually gonna skip our game with Ashley Ridge to take in this game

Some games that I am really looking forward to this season is Beaufort's opening game at AC Flora on August 23rd. I have never been to AC Flora's Stadium before. Also I am looking forward to Beaufort's return trip to the winningest High School Football Team in America Valdosta on September 20th. But the best game that I am really looking forward to is Bluffton at Beaufort on October 11th. I think the winner of that game will be the Region 7 4A Champion.

GO BEAUFORT EAGLES!!!!
Beaufort Head Football Coach Bryce Lybrand is 43-26 after his 6th Season at Beaufort
2022 3A State Football Champions
3 State Titles in Football
I have attended 636 Beaufort Football Games
GO BEAUFORT EAGLES!!!!

We might lose against Gaffney but we won't get smoke by them.

Gaffney @ Dorman
2-2 record in those four games

I think we can agree on that for now until I get a chance to watch them play a game or 2. Let me guess you saying we will lose to Byrnes and Mallard Creek
No, I'm not picking the 2 games, but that is a tough four games. If I'm remembering correctly, probably not since I can't remember that good any more, you have a lot coming back so you could be 3-1 or even 4-0. I think we will have some issues on defense, but we should have a lot of folks back on the offensive squad. We may have to just outscore everyone to have a chance until we get the defensive unit situated.

Byrnes AT Greer. Last year was a great game. I'm not sure what Greer returns but this rivalry is almost as old as Slicker. Great Grandsons are playing now, maybe even a few great-great-grandsons. I know in the years that I was at Byrnes, Greer was the biggest game of the year. Greer was a great team last year and after we managed to beat them, I went on record that Greer would beat the rest of the teams on the schedule and be 9-1 going into the playoffs. I don't know if they will be as strong this season, but I expect this to be one of the best games of the opening week of the season,

I will also be attending Gaffney -vs- Mallard Creek but I guess I will be on the visitors side...

And I want to visit at least one game in the Charleston area but not sure which weekend that will be or what game.

Dutch Fork vs Mallard Creek to open the season. ESPN nationally televised game with two of the best from the Carolinas can’t really get any better than that...

Your missing the point .rankings team names rankings have nothing to do with it being a good game or not.
Byrnes vs Greer may turn out to be a better game.
Have to wait and see after they are played.then that itself may vary on opinion.
It's like Duke vs unc.to those fan bases that's a great game .most likely there may be better games being played.

Gaffney vs South Pointe August 16, Full game Scrimmage, this should be a good one at the FOOTBALL CITY USA KICK OFF.
