I think we have heard the last of Victory 6. You can't come back from that...

Can't blame Freddy Brown this time...really hard seeing a Chris Miller team so bad! I hope this is not the way he goes out.

Spartanburg will be lucky to make the playoffs lol they will beat riverside and possibly maudlin but that will be it unless they get lucky and steal one from Gaffney Dorman

Riverside is pretty much a given. They could maybe beat Mauldin, Boiling Springs and Hillcrest. And underdog Viking teams often play Dorman tough despite their record- last year Dorman eeked out a 34-33 win. Gaffney will probably steamroll them. So right now I’d say are about an average program. They’ll likely get in the playoffs but won’t make much noise in them.

What you smoking Nuke?
Boiling Springs is their Achilles heel. They will not make it past them.
Ask ole Dave Pickren what his assessment is of this year's Vikings team.

SHS new football stadium should have been more of a concert auditorium. I mean the viqueens will be played like a fiddle and beat like a drum! And they can no longer use Freddie as an excuse.

Speaking of the Vikings, what is going on over there? Miller came over from Byrnes, and was pretty successful for a few years. Granted he inherited some real good talent, but just about everyone says that Spartanburg always has talent. They dipped last year, and one figures that maybe they were young, injured, chemistry issues, or just one of those years where everything that can go wrong, does go wrong. In the off season they go hire McManus from South Pointe who many said was an offensive guru. But they don't seem to be any better this year. One would figure that Miller didnt suddenly forget how to coach. Are they just going through some odd talent dip? Just want to hear what you Spartanburg folks think is going on.
