Not unexpected here. Woodruff was just lucky to be in the playoffs. Covid actually worked in some teams favor. Kind of figured from the start that Daniel and Wren might be the beat of the upstate.

You really think Woodruff was a terrible football team, don't you? If you do then you never saw us play. Talent everywhere on the field. And young talent, too. Next year we will be even better.

Woodruff was extremely fortunate to get as far as they did. Caught some breaks where Covid was a heavy issue for opponents but not for them. And then drawing Palmetto in the first round, which represented the worst region in the state. Woodruff was a decent team, but anywhere near the Woodruff of old? Not close
