Way back in mid September....

It might be interesting to see how this lines up with the REAL brackets on Saturday!

Well, I was looking at the projection back on 9/14 to see how much changed between mid-September and the release of the real brackets.

Below are the seeds in the real bracket, the team, and where I had them back in September 14th.

For Division One, I had the 1-16 match up pegged and seven teams finished either one seed higher or lower than projected. Fifteen of the sixteen teams projected, ended up in the playoffs.

For Division Two, I had three teams at the actual seed they ended up as well as eight teams within one up or one down from the actual seed. I whiffed on two teams in Division Two, Easley took T L Hanna's place while Bluffton faded and Wade Hampton which ended up with 29 points plus 6 half points due to other team's success, sneaked in on tiebreakers.

All in all, not too bad for an old man!

Awesome job on the early season projections!
Most of the teams in the brackets have similar seeds. :)

Did you use the Dr. Evil time machine? ;)
