DWD Homer....maybe, just maybe...DF had a little something to do with Wren being so "atrocious". I could hear your sphincter tightening up all the way up at Caesars Head from Piedmont as you watched that display...lol. That's why we have classifications.
DF would do Daniel about the same...probably not 70, but it wouldn't be that close- just stating fact. The wheels came off the Wren train in the 3rd quarter and by the end, probably could have hung 80+ on Wren. You guys beat Wren twice last year, and couldn't total 70 and couldn't hold them to 8....so, half as good....maybe. Which is still pretty good ha. If the 300+ lbs ex-Daniel DT playing for Wren this season, is an example...not worried. He got man-handled by the DF OL. DF S&C is next level.
Daniel couldn't break the Greenville code from what you told me...and I don't see Greenville beating the likes of Flora or South Pointe.
Before you sleep on Wren...Hart County beat Jefferson Friday night, the defending GA 4A runner-up... and BHP beat Westside ...so the Lions best not sleep on those rivals. Records go out the window in games like that. The good thing about playing DF early is they will highlight your weaknesses and you will know that you need to work on...
PS- If we are talking history, I was in HS at Pickens back in the 70's- so go ask Daniel old timers how that went for them...lol
Good Luck Lions.

Dutch Fork Bandwagons....
Re: Dutch Fork Bandwagons....
You don’t understand things to good do you.
Your almost as bad as the rodent from Beaufort
Never said we would beat DF did I?
Yes we beat wren twice last year and that team was much better than the team I saw Friday .
Did you see them the last three years
I didn’t think so.
As far as bhp that’s laughable
Had a running clock on them last year also like half our opponents.
And that hart co team is garbage
Tied bhp lost to wren 21-10
So which is it are they good or no
Can’t have it both ways
As far as solving the Greenville puzzle whatever that means
We won the scrimmage and played bad so far f we play to our potential what does that mean
Good try and btw I went to Daniel in the 90s ask your Pickens alum after that 59-0 beat down in 92 why the flamers ducked us for the rest of the decade

...I believe you meant to say; I don't understand things "too well"... (and this "..." is an ellipsis...used for emphasis). A Six Mile education only goes so far. I understand.
Just reporting the scores.
Sorry if I struck a nerve, there Homer.
DF lost a super young man last night and we are still in shock...team captain and a leader.
Fear The Fox
PS- Low blow....lol...Not Beaufort! nnoooooooooo haha. He is a pinhead.

Man Honestly I’m just having fun with you. I enjoy high school football like most on this site do I just like the back-and-forth banter so I don’t take it personally and I figured you we’re pretty much the same way. You and I probably have more in common than We. both want to admit.
Truly serious note.I want to express my condolences for the young man the coaches players and especially the family. I got two young boys not far off from the age of the young man I nearly lost one of them four years ago In a hit-and-run accident I can’t imagine what they are going through today good luck the rest of the year and I’m sure we’ll have plenty to discuss God bless the dutch fork communion

Re: Dutch Fork Bandwagons....
Thank you, Dub. It is heartbreaking around here. We were still reeling from losing Gage and now Jack. Can't fathom the loss his family is feeling now. I lost my father while I was in Iraq, but to lose a child. Always my worst fear, all those years abroad- what if something happened to my family. All 3 of my sons grew up in the Dutch Fork (ironically, the family is from the DF area before moving to Pickens County in the late 1790s) and played football and wrestled. Knotts did not arrive until the older two had graduated and the youngest focused on wrestling. But Knotts came and watched him and cheered him on- when I couldn't. Still have a video of Levi winning a match against Lugoff-Elgin and as he is trotting off the mat you hear Knotts' distinct voice, "Get'em Levi!".
You know I'm just jerking your chain. I always root for all the Pickens County teams (well, maybe not "Greasley"). Hope DWD stomps a mudhole in the Wave when they play.
You being from the Daniel area, we may be kinfolk...haha. Part of the family lived on Twelve Mile Creek, just off Belle Shoals Rd. Thank you again "Cuz".
