Carolina Forest: No Defense, No Size, No Depth, No Kicker other than a mule for a Punter, but a lot of HEART!! Fort Dorchester is in for a game if Dorman has figured it out this week which it looks like they just might have. Beast vs Beast!!
I agree. Fort looked decent playing an undersized team. Though undersized, that quick running back from CF gave them a fit. And Fort's run game has to improve in my opinion.
We have stuff to work on.to many penalties on defense over 100 yds .
Holes are there rb has to recognize them.
Our o line averages 295 we will be ok.
325 290 260 325 280.
Plus we were moving a few linemen around .
1st game coukd have been way worse.

I still dont think the playbook even really open like that. We didnt really run the ball as much. On defense the penalties has to be cleaned up. That what kept carolina forest drives alive. All things fixable. You will see a much more focused fort team vs dorman

One thing that still stands out to me that continues to be an annual constant is the penalties, especially the personal fouls. Those are uncalled for and that player would be sitting on the bench for the rest of the game until they learned this. You control the small stuff like that now so that later in life it doesn't burn you in a more meaningful way. Iron sharpens iron, we shall see what the future holds for this team.

They big enough and fast enough to overcome all them penalties that’s pretty dang good. Hope Myrtle Beach gets a chance that will be a packed house at Daug Shaw Stadium. Nice Win Patriots Congratulations well deserved.

So…we may actually have a chance to win the region. Offensively we didn’t look good at all against Flora.

You pretty much have a lock on region champion or runner-up.

Good doesn't win Championships in AAAAA or Fort would have won several. You have to be GREAT to get past Dutch Fork and can't afford to make the mistakes that they continue to make over the past many years since their last championship. They have made an attempt this year to play a tougher schedule to improve their readiness. They always have the talent but you can't just be big and fast all the time, you have to play smart. There are other teams that can play bully with you like Gaffney, Dutch Fork, Byrnes, Hanna, and Sumter along with others that have good big to great talent and coaching. One fact remains no one has found a way to out scheme or beat the discipline of Tom Knotts! Until they learn to cut out the mistakes that I and others have mentioned in previous posts Fort and other AAAAA team's records will remain in the pile of sweaty towels and socks, and jockstraps of their defeated opponents. FACT!!

It wasnt many. The one that was dumb is our guy didnt hear the whistle and hit the wr late. Heck when zolten held up but broke free they blew the whistle and he got hit after no call on that. But the hatred of fort is always on your post.
