I can’t remembered if it was #4 or #7 that had a long run after catch in the second half but we ripped his helmet off inside the red zone and they blew it dead as he walked into the end zone and y’all had to settle for 3.

Looking back it was super sloppy on both sides. Fortunate that we got 1 of our 2 wins that night. We definitely lit a fire under y’all’s ass because it started a 12 game win streak going all the way to Hartsville.

Didn’t matter who made it to the championship from the lower state that year, South Pointe had 4A covered eight ways from Sunday that season.
