After our beat down of 96 last year i think our boys overlooked them and it almost cost us. I thought 96 was very similar to last year, we may not be as good. That's scary.
As long as the RB Foster stays healthy, Emerald will be improved offensively. Everything runs through him and I think they should have some better QB play this year due to running more stuff out of the gun.

I just don’t know if that moves the needle enough. Their region is tough.

i give all the coaches a little wiggle room
the last 2 seasons because of covid.teams
had players out.coaches had to be out.
it was a mess.No excuses this year.
More than fair. For the sake of Lakelands Football, I hope both teams prove me wrong but I can’t see Emerald winning more than 4 games.

3-8
1-9
2-7
2-8

8-32 over the last four seasons. Dubose is 4-15. If he ends up 8-23, how do they keep him?

The program has completely collapsed and this started before COVID.

I totally agree. Covid actually saved some coaches for a couple of years. Being a successful head coach isn't for everyone. Good assistants don't always make good head coaches. I think when it comes to coaches Emerald and 96 are in the same situation.
