Just snapped a pic..didn’t say they were correct..I would like to see the Heralds or NW official stats for comparison if you have them..I been a subscriber to the ledger for years but lately wonder why..it’s about the only print newspaper you can get around here.I get the online Spartanburg herald ,but it ain’t worth much more than the 10 bucks for a year deal I got.

Anyway the stats don’t really matter..they can be deceiving sometimes..what I do know is was a great game from my perspective..

It’s also true the stats don’t matter. Field position off special teams was a big factor in the game. I don’t know the exact numbers but there was a big difference in starting field position in favor of Northwestern. This might have been the most well played and interesting games of the year.

Wow man..that’s hard to read.. I’ll take the ledger version right or wrong..the score line is the only one that gets you closer to the prize..hopefully the game gets posted to you tube or something and I can find it..bring it back up this way next week even if my brother in law(a NW grad) will have his usual jab at Christmas when y’all win it..he once sent me a sympathy card in the mail one year y’all beat us for state..the smug #$*$#****@@#.,..it all fun though..
