SCHSL lawsuit a complicated one

Haven't heard anything yet last i heard the judge had 9 days to make a ruling and haven't heard a peep. My thoughts are that if the judge has made the ruling the hsl is embarrassed by it or they got an ass chewing and don't really want to release the ruling or the judge has taken a couple weeks off vacation due to the 4th of july and hasn't came back

So under the current format how will the playoffs work for the 5A group.
Upper state vs lower state?
And will upper comprise of regions 1-4
And lower 5-8 ?

I would say that the upperstate will probably consist of regions 1-5 and the lower state 6-8 which doesnt make much sense but what does with the idiots running the hsl
