If anyone has time, what is the difference in the D2 brackets between a York vs SP victory Friday night?

Thanks!

My previous projection had York winning and taking #2 in Region 3.

As you probably already know a South Pointe win would make them the likely #2 seed in Region 3.
South Pointe would go from 34 to 35 pts. (still have to beat Lancaster)
York would go from 36 to 35 pts and be seeded with the at-large teams. (still have to beat Clover)

DIVISION TWO
1 Goose Creek
16 Easley

8 Irmo
9 York

4 South Florence
13 Beaufort

5 Stratford
12 Nation Ford

2 Northwestern
15 West Florence

7 South Pointe
10 Spartanburg

3 North Augusta
14 Laurens

6 Greenwood
11 Blythewood

Games that will impact these seeds are the outcome of the Blythewood vs. Irmo game(#2 Seed in Region 5),
and whether North Augusta wins Region 5.
In this projection I had Irmo winning that game. :?:

South Pointe's seed could go anywhere from 6 to 8.
Blythewood win...seed goes down (worse), Irmo win and seed will move up (better).
Lexington vs. Dutch Fork, and North Augusta vs. Dutch Fork will have an impact also.
North Augusta loss would put #2 in Region 3 ahead of them.

York with a loss would become an at-large and would likely be the 1st at-large team seeded in the D2 bracket (I think only Spartanburg could change that if they win out and Mauldin gets to 6 wins). York would probably be seeded 8 to 10.

Other things that could negatively impact their seedings:
Beaufort getting the #2 seed in Region 8. (Beating Fort D, and CC)
West Florence getting the #2 seed in Region 6. (Sumter losing to Conway, West Florence winning out)

Clear as Mudd now. ;) :) :?

On my bracket, York went to #8/#9 depending on tiebreakers and South Pointe went to #7 without digging too deep...

It could mean a loss of a home playoff game to the team that loses Friday.

THIS!

York would still have a chance at a Home Playoff game with a loss, but MANY outcomes would have to fall in their favor.

That Gaffney @ Summerville thing really doesn't usually work out well for Summerville.

I do hear the kickin chickin calling though...................... :)
It's Friday night in the fall, I'm at the reservation. Where else is there?

It gives you a little perspective on what I've said all along... one game can make a big difference in how the brackets shape out.

So any new updates!!!
