I'm doing you a favor by picking Fort... every year I pick them, you guys win the Region!

You are welcome!

Congrats to Summerville!!!!

Man, listening to Dfactor....wow, that takes me back fellas. Dorman SOOO used to be Fort D when it came to playing Spartan High. I know just how the Fort D fans feel, I think. Back before Gutshall got hired, I used to feel like we were on some elaborate candid camera punk...the whole thing setup by actors every year just to torture the fans into thinking our team could win one.

I think that is it right there. You just need to right coach to come in and take it to the next level.

And I owe an apology to the Greenwave fans for dismissing their coaching last week. Obviously there is a reason Mckissick is in the G-Book.

Best of luck the rest of the way Summerville. I picked Bluffton to win region.
That is why I haven't participated in the Top Ten polls or pigskin pick 'em. 8-)

THANK YOU R74!!!! Please continue to pick the Fort every time we play them. I might have to make a trip up to Duncan to buy you dinner for the kind gesture.

And no problem DeCav. We certainly have the advantage of seeing the teams down here first hand. The game certainly could have been a little closer but I also believe Summerville would have come out on top even if Fort D scored on a few of their redzone trips. Had they scored a TD on all three of the possessions which DFactor is so upset about they would have had 28 points. Summerville kneed on the ball at the 1 yard line to keep from putting 7 more points on the board in the last minute of the game. That would have put us at 31 points. Fort D does is a solid ball club and should win out in the regular season.

As far as the current projection, Summerville at a #4 seed I would be happy with. But yes, it would be nice to slide into a #2 or #3 slot to keep from having to make a trip to Duncan. I would prefer to not see an excellent passing team at any point in the playoffs although our secondary is improving each week.
