Well the one I was told was coming did, Scott Earley at WHS

Lot of returning talent and one of top Salary’s for HS coaches in SC not to mention the facilities are 2nd to none

Curious to see who the Rams hire, naturally lot of names thrown out but that is typical

Seems as if everybody sort of knew of this possibility. Since it seemed to get around so easily with no effort to put it down. On probably figures that the folks at Westside were out ahead of this long before word spread. They will take applicants but one has to think that they probably already have their sights set on the real contenders.

It was pretty much a “known fact” that when that job came open it was Scott’s and from my understanding does come under SC Pension system which I know was huge

Have no clue who they will go after or who will apply Really do not see anyone on staff that is ready for that job

Have a very close friend that is very “in the loop” at WHS due to his position . Talked with him yesterday and he has no idea who next coach will be. Did say they plan on having one in place by January but he stays silent on stuff like this even to me

He does laugh, everyone told them when Earley came he was notorious for job jumping Earley told him then he was there long term they have had 3 coaches at TLH in same time span (by way TLH has Great coach in Tone, I think he is there long term as well )

Woodmont filled their vacancy on 12/14. They promoted their OC, Ty Sutherland to HC.

A school replaces the HC of a failing team with the OC of their failing team.... How is this a good move? Ask Colleton County for a recent example of this failing.

Not sure but who's to say the OC doesn't have a different philosophy than the guy that was his boss? Now he gets a chance to do things his way. I do know one thing, there are plenty of athletes at Woodmont. Maybe they'll change their offense and create some excitement. Maybe that'll bring some kids out that wouldn't normally give it a shot.
