After reports of false-positive tests, 77 NFL players from 11 different teams who apparently tested positive for the China-originated novel coronavirus had their tests re-examined at New Jersey lab BioReference, which found every single test to be negative.

Clemson Athletics conducted its most recent round of COVID-19 screening of student-athletes and staff on Monday and Tuesday with no positive results among fall sport athletes, including football.

Clemson, which is scheduled to open its football season at Wake Forest on Sept. 12, has had one positive test result among football players since July 10.

Btw, my father in Summit Hills nursing home in Spartanburg is positive for COVID-19 but no symptoms at all. Told you that guy is a tough old dude. Somehow never having pants (or underwear) on scared Corona right the Ef out of his room. Problem is Friday's are happy hour where everyone gets to drink a beer if they want. I suppose my old man had a Corona. My oldest brother asked him how happy hour was at the home and he just said, "It's happy you dumbass."

I took my dad to the mall the other day to buy some new shoes. We decided to grab a bite at the food court.
I noticed he was watching a teenager sitting next to him. The teenager had spiked hair in all different colors: green, red, orange, and blue. My dad kept staring at him.The teenager would look and find him staring every time.
When the teenager had enough, he sarcastically asked, "What's the matter old man, never done anything wild in your life?"
Knowing my Dad, I quickly swallowed my food so that I would not choke on his response; knowing he would have a good one. In classic style he did not bat an eye in his response.
