Stay with us and get involved. If you have questions about anything, we'd be glad to help. The projections have to look good for the Rams. I got to admit, if I had posted my first projections back in August saying Hillcrest would be a #3 or maybe even a #2 seed, most folks would have called 911 to come pick up the crazy dude!

However, with a win by North Augusta on Friday and a loss by AAA Berkeley, you could be looking at HOME FIELD ADVANTAGE all the way to the State Title Game. A sample of how the brackets could look....

1 Byrnes
16 Rock Hill

8 Boiling Springs
9 Lexington

4 Spring Valley
13 Mauldin

5 Dutch Fork
12 Dorman
===========================================
2 Hillcrest
15 Ashley Ridge

7 Sumter
10 Fort Dorchester

3 Summerville
14 Spartanburg

6 Gaffney
11 Wando

IF, and that is the huge word here, IF they fell out this way...

I see you beating Ashley Ridge in week one

Probably playing Fort Dorchester in week two and if you won..

Week three would have either Summerville or Gaffney coming to you on the Friday after Thanksgiving! Do you think you could manage to fill the stadium?

I too will be pulling for North Augusta to win; however, I will be pulling for Berkeley to win as well. From the looks of it, if NA wins Summerville and Hillcrest would be seeded #2 and #3 with the order being decided by Berkeley's outcome. This assumes Summerville wins. If West Ashley were to lose to 0-10 Cane Bay, it would drop Summerville into a tie at 36.5 points with Hillcrest. Summerville would win the tie breaker of opponent wins as we currently sit at 44-46 while Hillcrest is at 34-56.

RebFan,

What do you have as the latest on the D-2? Very curious to see the scenarios involving South Pointe and York from Region 3. Which side of the bracket do they end up on?

Guru, look on pg 1, I think there are too many variables in D2 to call the brackets as of yet, there are too many games tomm nite that have a huge impact on the seeding. 1-4 are pretty much locked after that its a free for all.

The list on page one is still latest... I have not switched out a lot of what if's on D2. What specifically are you wondering about, maybe I can give the spreadsheets a workout...

Both of the rankings lists I looked at have Gaffney at #12, although the teams above and below them shift around. It's all very subjective.
Fair enough.

Well your either one or two things, either your a Gaffney fan who pissed off your team will be ranked lower than us  OR a NW/GC bandwaggoner who just wants to talk trash  . From your previous post, you must be another Gaffney fan

Hold up! Don't lump all Gaffney fans as pissed off about SF. I have respect for SF and I just stated that I think we should be included in the second tier of teams, I didn't say anything about replacing any of the teams.
Chief, I was playin around about the Gaffney comment, I have tremendous respect for y'all and yes Gaffney should always be in the conversation as one of the top teams in the state.
I gotcha, we're cool. 8-)

If that happens... we will fill the seats. Alot of folks been waiting on this for a long time. We had a decent crowd last year travel with us to Dutch Fork for the first round game. Definately an exciting time in Ram Nation.

Congrats to the Hillcrest Rams. As a fan of a long suffering program, I understand better than most just how overjoyed that you must feel. Enjoy every minute and never allow yourself to feel less than anyone else because of where you went to school, or who you pull for. Go Rams..............
