First Look at Playoff Projections for 11/2

Any idea on D-2 projections especially with NA win?

What do you need? NA will be the #3 seed and host Laurens next week. That's the poop so far

I think I did pretty good on this bracket projection!

It helps to go 25-1 picking 4A games (straight up) this week.
I missed the Mauldin-Boiling Springs game.
Shuffled my D1 bracket a bit.
Rebel-Fan-74 warned about how good Mauldin was, should have listened.
(I thought I was picking the better defense and they give up 83!)

One question about the SC playoff system. It may or may not concern the points system, which I'm slowly coming to understand. But If they are sixteen teams seeded 1-16. The #1 seed on one side(lower state?) and #2 on the other side(upper state?).......how come the rest of the seeding's in each bracket doesn't follow suit?
example of what I mean:
1 vs 16
5 vs 12
3 vs 14
7 vs 10
and
2 vs 15
6 vs 11
4 vs 13
8 vs 9

I am not sure I follow you...

If you have 16 teams you add the two seeds together it adds to 17
If you have 8 teams you add the two seeds together it adds to 9
If you have 4 teams you add the two seeds together it adds to 5
If you have 2 teams you add the two seeds together it adds to 3

The lowest seeded team plays the highest seed when the bracket is set up and if there are no upsets, they would always be that way...

But there will be upsets!

Ok to early on Saturday for all that.... ya'll gentleman know a lot more than me. I just would think you would want a #1 vs #3 and #2 vs #4 semis if possible but I know the upsets will happen like you said and it will all come out in the wash.

#1 has earned the right for the potential of playing #4 instead of #3.

NCAA basketball and most tourneys that I can think of are set up this way.

Only exception that I can recall is a few of the lesser Tennis tournaments have #1 vs #3 and #2 vs #4 semis.
But I don't think the Major tournaments are that way.
