96 at Saluda

My Wildcats travel to Saluda to take on
the Tigers . This will be game 81 between these
two. Record 38-38-4 .The Tigers have won
the last 4 years . this is usually a good hard
fought game .96 gave them a good first half
last year and folded in the 2nd half . Saluda
has a big strong football team .I hope
my Wildcats don't get run out of Saluda county.
I know my Wildcats will give it their best shot.

I believe 96 will give Saluda a good game .The 96 QB not playing is a huge difference . That kid is outstanding . Hope he will be able to come back this season. Good luck to the Wildcats.

It will be hard for 96 to score on the Saluda defense. J.T. Lott and Kenmane Brunson both seniors lead the defense . these 2 are quick . Brunson also plays running back and Lott sometimes at running back he is 6 ft. 2 inches 230 pounds. Saluda will wear 96 down with their size and depth.96 will have no passing game with their qb out . i just don't see them running much on Saluda. Good luck . I am pulling for the Wildcats.

I think 96 comes together this week and edges Saluda in a upset. Coach Matthew Bennett is large and in charge and these kids are rallying behind him is going to push them to victory. Back up QB or not I think Bennett is a smart enough coach from what I saw at the ware shoals game. Offense gotta run hard and fast, defense needs to contain passing game and make tackles.

My Wildcats lost 25-0 congrats to
The Tigers. The score was 8-0
At the half.96 fumbled and Saluda
Recovered on the Wildcats 1 yard line.
They scored on the next play.other than
That neither team came close to scoring in the
1st half. My Wildcats just gave out of gas
In the 2nd half. The tigers have 55 players
Mostly 10th and 11th graders. They have
A 10 grade running back Brayden Williams.
He will be one of the best running backs in 2a
If he stays healthy the next 2 years. Proud of
My Wildcats even though they lost.
