I don't know much....Slick will attest to that....but I do know people...and what makes some people outstanding leaders. The article hits home on one key trait...his ability to translate his vision to those young men. He also knows how to establish the conditions for success. What I mean by that is he knows how to get the right assistant coaches/staff, knows how to design and equip a facility that builds and supports a program, and knows how to design a practice regimen that best prepares the team for the next game. Conditions for success- For him...it's always... the next game. After this crazy season of starting 2-5 to the final whistle and another title, after praising his team for never giving up and trusting in the process, his very next sentence was we start back Monday for the coming season with weight training and conditioning...thinking about the next game. The Carolina GOAT.
