From what I have heard, interviews are scheduled for next week. I have not heard about any candidates though.

Heard BJ Little is the leading candidate. Played at Union. 1st year coaching at UC. Was assistant to Mark Hodge at Chapman and Spartanburg.

regardless, UC need to hire a guy that understands UC and the unique history but also the pratfalls that come with the job as it is....

One of the reasons Little is being seriously considered. UC OC Robinson a serious candidate as well for those reasons.

What would you consider pitfalls of the job?

Also, from my experience it is never a good sign when multiple people on staff go after the job. Usually means they will go outside. If they do hire from within, the other internal candidate usually moves on.
