I have zero inside information. But my assumption would be junior, Messiah Jackson. He traded snaps with two others last year, and started in the playoffs and championship game, after our senior starter was injured in the first round.

lol. It's a bit early to be making reservations, but that would be a good match-up. I wonder how they are going to handle 6 championship games. Maybe shift 1A and 2A back to Benedict or one of the large 5A stadiums in the Columbia area. I don't like being the early game on Saturday. Since they'll now have two 5A games, 4A may end up on Friday night.

As far as a meet-up location in Orangeburg, this place has pretty good reviews. https://destination-bbq.com/stores/antleys/
They have a buffet, which is ideal when you have groups of people arriving separately.

Your response just proves you’re not up on current football in the state. Out of those 4 teams you mentioned only westside would be a consideration. But please go check out out Daniel history vs the rams. It would be like me saying
Dutch fork is going to the 5A game to watch Byrnes vs Summerville you know teams that used to win championships 15-20 years ago.
